Bred in 1977 by Barbara Miller of Maxwell and Sue Bobbley Hank had an inbreeding coefficient of 32.3%. Handled by Michael Pawsarat, he was the first Norfolk to earn its championship after breed separation in this country. Both his littermates earned their title and 3 of his 4 full siblings earned their championship. Of the 27 half siblings on his sire's side 5 earned their championship and 1 of his two half siblings on his dam's side earned his championship. Barbara Miller says “in 1978 (Ch.) Maxwell’s Liberty Bell (Ginger) completed her championship taking 4 majors in the Bred-By-Exhibitor class and produced her first litter by Am.Can.Ch. Ickworth Nimrod. ..." Frank Rogers and Ed Resovsky took “Hank” who with three majors finished under Barbara Keenan at Elm City going Best of Breed over Ch. El Cid of Tinkenswood. Hank was bred one time to Ickworth Topaz to produce a singleton non-champion puppy.
