Born in 1977 and bred by Mr. G. M. Crawley, TG (short for Tough Guy) was from Michael Crawley's first litter and was owned by Mrs. Curtis S. Read. He had two littermates, neither of which were champions, and no full siblings. His litter sister Elve Pure Joy was the mother of Judith Felton's Ch. Heathjul Christmas Robin. Two of the 24 half siblings on his sire's side completed their titles but none of the 4 half siblings on his dam's side finished their championship. TG produced 24 litters of interestingly 1 and 2 offspring. Of the 24 litters, only 5 breedings were to champion bitches. 13 of his offspring completed their championship, proving a high percentage of champion get produced by him.
