Registered as a brown dog, Jack was bred by his owner, Alice T. McLean, in 1937 with an inbreeding coefficient of .5%. He had one littermate but no full siblings. Of the 8 half siblings on his sire's side and 2 on his dam's side, none were champtions. Jack was bred only one time producing 2 offspring including Ch. John Paul Jones of Groton. Jack was the Best Of Breed winner at Westminster KC in 1941.
